How to unlock trails in SpeedRunners 2

Use the runner reward track

Choose the runner whose cosmetics you want, then keep playing matches to earn that runner's progression. The current launch-build reward report says each runner has a cosmetic track that displays level 18 as its cap.

1. Play matches with the runner you want to progress.
2. Check that runner's cosmetic rewards as the character level rises.
3. After reaching displayed level 18, fill the level-18 XP bar to earn the final skin and reward on that track.

Do original SpeedRunners trails carry over?

No transfer path has been announced. When a player asked about carrying the original game's Diamond Beta and ESL trails into the sequel, a tinyBuild developer said the team was not planning to carry them over and would instead add new items tied to player achievements.

Do not use first-game shop or Workshop steps

Search results still lead to SpeedRunners 1 pages about buying trails, importing .srt files, or using the Trail Editor. Those instructions describe the original game. For King of Speed, use the sequel's in-game progression and verify that any reward list names SpeedRunners 2 before following it.

What is not a trail unlock list

The official launch page confirms dozens of unlockable cosmetic items, but it does not publish a trail-by-level table. The level-18 milestone is the documented end of a runner's cosmetic track, not proof that every trail unlocks at level 18.
